Simple Monthly Pricing
All adult employees/adult dependents are $70/month regardless of age. Dependent children are $30/month.
Flexible Options
The entire monthly fee can be paid by the employer or shared with employee. Lab and medication charges can be passed through to employee or paid by business.

We can come to you for health screenings, blood pressure checks, flu shot clinics (and more) to keep your employees healthier.
